WDS Windows 7 client boot error

Hello. I have installed the WDS role on a server, configured DHCP and added a Windows 7 image. When I boot from the Windows 7 image using PXE I get this error message:

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

What do I need to do to fix this? Does it mean my workstation isn't compatible with Windows 7?
